The hotel offers very good and nice rooms that are also very hygienic. Special thanks to Ms. Jagrup Kaur from the front office for her nice and comfortable service. I also appreciate Mr Snehashis from the Housekeeping Department, who took care of me and even gave me some guides about Kolkata. The housekeeping staff and front office were very helpful. The hotel provides very good room service.
